Quality quality movie. One of the best directed movies. This is the best of Indian cinema and what we aspire to make. It captures South Indian culture and life so well with its details and messaging. As a South Indian, this was a great comforting movie.
The length of each discussion and dialogue between characters are purposely lengthened with minimum cuts. This makes it feel like you’re also in the scene in real time and connected with the characters.

Entire cast is stacked. We got Dulquer, Faasil, Nazriya, and Nivin Pauly. Great acting and chemistry from all of them. The story is unique and always keeps you interested despite it being like three hours. It was packed with great comedy and jokes that Indians could relate to. Super solid movie to watch with friends and family.
Amazing bakthi movie. Besides the beginning of the movie, it had great direction. The movie showed a simple plot in a very captivating and interesting way. Held my intention until the very end. Had a great time watching it and it’s a movie that I could rewatch a couple times. Unni Mukundun fit the role of Ayyappa perfectly. He should be proud that he’s done such a great bakti movie and played such a powerful role so well. Saranam Ayyappa.
Typical South Indian action movie but directed well, good acting and had few scenes that made me feel emotional (that’s saying something). Focused too much time on fight scenes. Had a lot of potential to be a great movie if they did more emotional scenes. Overall good movie. Could be a movie to rewatch.
