genuinely upsetting to me that people genuinely believe these boys are some master manipulators and that they would lie about being molested for years just to get money. this is the reason victims of abuse don't open up about their abuse, ESPECIALLY boys and men who are abused sexually. nobody ever believes them.
also, the line in the film saying "boys can't be raped because they lack the proper equipment to be raped with" literally made me sick to my stomach. just because they don't have vaginas doesn't mean they can't be raped. absolutely disgusting and vile.
