This kind of gave me the ick. I don’t know what he was trying to achieve with this. I feel like most media dealing with mental health misses the mark. It seems as though he’s simultaneously rebuking the stalker (fair) whilst also sympathising with the ostensible trauma that has informed her behaviour. This seems incongruent, and in making this series he is ultimately dramatising her trauma for his own gain.
