The Substance 2024
Holy fucking shit this movie horrified me to my core. I’m not a body horror buff, I loved Akira but haven’t really delved into the genre. This movie had me covering my eyes and gasping for air. It’s so well made. Such a worthy watch. 5/5.

Aftersun 2022
From start to finish the movie has great visuals. Photography is particularly well thought and interesting. The movie is nice and easy to watch however, I was not able to relate to it emotionally. There were a couple of moments that made my eyes tear up a bit but generally, the movie doesn’t resonate with me emotionally like, for example, Ladybird did.
It’s nice to watch. I would not repeat though.

Bye Bye Morons 2020
So. This is a silly film. It’s a very funny silly film that does not take itself very seriously and does not insult your intelligence. Cinematography is pretty damn nice, comedy is well sprinkled, it gets very silly in the 2nd half and i’m not sure if it was the french or the 0.5L of sangria I had while watching it but it was very funny and it’s well made. It makes fun of bureaucrats and that grants it 4 stars imho.
