Do the Right Thing 1989
Now that I’ve sit with this movie for days, I can finally say something. I’m always careful with describing and discussing powerful movies.
1. Lighting, color: i didn’t notice the decline in quality from using digital cameras until I watched this movie. Damn. The colors, the lighting, the textures. That’s something digital cameras won’t capture (e.g. Wicked). This is talennntttt

The Panic in Needle Park 1971
I think we, the girls, watched this movie for young al pacino and nothing else. The plot is meh, although considering this came before requiem for a dream and Trainspotting, one could say is unique in storytelling. But i hated how we would cut to different shots and skip conversations or actions. Felt that some things were happening off the camera and was a mistake not to film. With all that said… damn it Al Pacino I will be having wet dreams
