Longlegs 2024
Had me in the first half, but the climax/explanation for everything let me down. The acting was superb and the pacing was great, but ultimately was left with a feeling of disappointment. I was sad to see the film quickly abandon their slow-terror-sense-of-dread for shock horror halfway through. Oh well. Nic Cage always commits and gives 110% though, he’s an American treasure.

Let's Start a Cult 2024
Some burst out loud laughs throughout, but ultimately if you don’t like Stav’s sense of humor you’re not going to like this movie. The editing was awkward and the story itself didn’t make a whole lot of logical sense. Solid fun, but pretty forgetful.
