  Actually better than I was expecting. Miami back in the day was a fucking vibe. As was Michelle Pfeiffer 😋 Tony had an interesting moral compass of fighting against Fidel Castro and communists but also got lost in the sauce LOL

  Good god that was the saddest shit ever. Lowkey y didn’t he bring her to the aunts house for help tho😭 also the beach scenes were so wholesome

  Every time I watch a studio Ghibli movie, without fail, there’s a scene so peaceful that I genuinely notice my breathing slow down and become mindful and appreciative of life.

  I loved how independent she was. The birds, stars, and flowers theme was beautiful and makes me wanna go out in nature. Disappointed they ain’t end up together but in a way was refreshing to see in a movie. I guess even though they had a good friendship at some point they never loved each other romantically. Bro was honestly strong to walk away before they got too attached bc he knew it ain’t feel right.
