  A solid picture that shoots itself in the foot and ironically loses some of its quality by remaining where it shouldn't and overstaying its welcome. But when it was good in that first half, it was good, excellent even.

  Most films I watch don't compel me on the family front. I watch them with a rather cynical 'these are unrelated actors saying lines as an on-screen simulation of a family'. That wasn't the case here as the talented child cast…
