Casual throuple moment. Can’t believe they didn’t just three-way kiss in that one scene. My dad keeps referencing this as what is basically happening right now and he’s right.
Dead Poets Society if everyone was an asshole and Neil didn’t die but he also didn’t do anything else. I loved seeing Da’Vine Joy Randolph speeches for all her award wins for this and now I get it because she really did go through like 10 different emotions in a 5 second clip during that one wordless close up during the party scene. My last thing to say is that we were about halfway through the movie when my boyfriend turned to me and said, “wait so this is a christmas movie? But it’s April!” This is what happens when u procrastinate watching the oscar nominees
The bisexual drama of it all!!!! Awesome.
(Sidenote: i knew going into this that it’s the most unpopular version of beideshead revisited compared to the book and mini-series. Going to take them in in reverse popularity order so i don’t know what i’m missing and this story will just get better and better lol)
