This review may contain spoilers. I can handle the truth.
As much as I despise it, this is the only right ending to this movie. In order for their relationship to work, they should have given up their ambitions, resulting in Mia and Sebastian not accomplishing their ideal life. At the end, they both had what they wanted. But I don't care because I just bawled my eyes out.
