i watched this while reading the book and i liked the book much more, but i also liked the series. it was very accurate and i think that the people who say that marianne and connell didn't communicate their feelings well not even once are missing the whole point. most people irl don't know how or can't communicate their feelings. it's really not that simple, so stop acting like you'd do better if you're in a relationship like this.
