It is a funny film, but, like any movie from that period (early 2000s), do not look to closely to their fatphobia or to its promotion of 'a wedding is a woman's most important thing in life' or you will go crazy. Not much else to say, I am glad they made a movie where friendship wins after all, though I feel like the movie needed more scenes about the couple who split in the end to really feel they were in crisis.
The dinosaur's smirk? Easily worst moment in the whole series. Overall, the weakest huge, scary dinosaur in the series, an animal which is as intelligent and strong as the plot requires, with not the slightest attempt at realism. Why would a dinosaur which is twice-velocirraptor be pretty much human inteligence-wise, more intelligent that a velocirraptor itself? Feels stupid tbh. I liked the part set in the present, it is a nice, calm, nostalgic film, in those parts at least, and the fact that it does not end with the two lovers together was a nice surprise (probably clichéd, but I have not watched enough movies to know it).

This movie was fun! The exploration parts felt solid, the humour was goofy but worked... The director clearly wanted to kill nazis, and bent the movie to make it happen, which I found in itself a great joke.
