Maybe the Scream film with the most holes and predictable (and uninteresting) killer(s) but I do love a few of the kill sequences. Also wish they’d have shot a little of the movie in NY…

This is a fun movie with some great meta moments. Some weaknesses sure but a worthy entry to the franchise with a banger cast.

Perfect comfort movie to watch on a plane. There must be some real number for how many times I’ve watched this movie but I couldn’t begin to estimate what it is. A Top 5 movie for me.

I was torn between a 4.5 and 5 on this one. Ultimately though, as much as I loved it I did feel it was a bit longer than it needed to be and I felt a bit restless during the second act. The ending is perfect though and in rewatch this could rise to a five. The body horror in this one can stand beside any of the greats and I was either squirming or smiling throughout. Great work here. Please recognize this Academy. Horror can be worthy to stand alongside all those pure dramas.
