Agak Laen” is an Indonesian comedy that feels natural and genuine, its humor resonates closely with our daily conversations. It exudes warmth and captivates the audience at every turn. I found myself continuously amused while watching this movie as the humor is truly top-notch.

Despite the comedic brilliance, the plot may feel somewhat contrived. Nonetheless, for those seeking entertainment, I wholeheartedly recommend this film.

Fighting violence with violence will only turn us into a monster.

What I love about “Home School” is how they portray a lot of good lessons through every episodes. It has sole storyline, immense suspense, and spellbinding characters. A typical psychological thriller with a slow-paced plot, yet effectively maintaining tension throughout the movie. The aspect that stood out to me while watching it was the soundtrack; it was intense and unsettling, adding to the overall discomfort. If you have a vivid imagination, it might linger in your mind due to its repetitive nature.

In my view, it's a movie that can’t be fully understood with just one viewing, which may explain why I noticed some plot holes. Nevertheless, it's possible that these aspects were intentionally crafted to spark discussion.

“We've always defined ourselves by the ability to overcome the impossible, and we count these moments. These moments when we dare to aim higher, to break barriers, to reach for the stars, to make the unknown known. We count these moments as our proudest achievements. But we lost all that. Or perhaps we've just forgotten that we are still pioneers. And we've barely begun. And that our greatest accomplishments cannot be behind us, that our destiny lies above us.”

I had a good GOOD tears coming out from my eyes because of this absolute spellbinding movie.
