saw the lake house about a month ago (that i didn’t log because i was forced to watch it) but felt like the plot mechanics were too convoluted despite the perfect chicago backdrop, later discovered it was a remake of il mare so here i am now relieved this idea was originally told in a much clearer story; heavy on the 2000s deep melancholic romance which i will eat up every time…but i think it would’ve been better if ******** ******** **** at the end.
