  If "Contact" met "Men in Black", but lower budget. Basically Charlie Sheen in a X-files episode. The special effects are bad, but overall it aged nicely, you can really feel the tension and sense of paranoia

  Highly underrated comic book film with some of the best onscreen villains. The highly skilled cast, along with the special effects makeup makes for a really fun and immersive experience (except for Madonna of course). And the cinematography & art direction has only gotten better with time
