Came for Tennant, stayed for the show's blatant refusal to humanize a serial killer the way these type of shows usually humanize serial killers. It's intricate and it's sensitive to the victims, but never to their murderer. Truly remarkable

Love & Human Remains 1993
I'll be completely honest, I watched it as a possible cringe thirst trap movie because of my weird Thomas Gibson obsession but it turned out not only decent but a big new favorite for me. It's got everything I love in its themes, from crime to queer struggles, and I'm not going to lie I felt quite touched by many of the characters' personal and interpersonal problems. Big yes if you're looking for a light yet entertaining, highly quotable tale about the sexual and romantic truth of the urban youth.

2nd childhood favorite I rewatched in quarantine after 10+ years, and the line "Bad communication is also a thing families do" punched me in the gut and rolled me in a ditch. A+ I love callouts in kids movies.
