This was amazing. A really well made, but mostly important piece of television. One that poses a lot of extremely important questions about themes such toxic masculinity, social media influence and bigoted beliefs. The story is very gripping from the very beginning, but it’s even more effective thanks to some unbelievable performances, especially from Stephen Graham and Owen Cooper.

Such a fantastic mini series. Tackling its themes in such incredible ways. A huge critique on the hyper masculine crowd, what consequences that could come from it, and those who profit form it.

I really like that they actually had the balls to take some wild swings here. The twist is really interesting and completely nuts, which made this a really fun and surprisingly good prequel. Isabelle Fuhrman was great once again, especially considering the 13 year gap between these two movies. Julia Stiles with a really good performance too.

A more than worthy sequel, that builds further on the backstory of Esther, all whilst building a ridiculously crazy one at that.

Rare for a horror movie to be able to cope with a runtime longer than 100 minutes, or at least have a good pacing. This, had fantastic pacing, and uses its two hours very well.

This was very fun! Vera Farmiga and Isabelle Fuhrman with two great performances against one another. A story that is fairly simple, but has some great twists and elements to it. The way they kind of blended together a family drama, with grief as a…

That first act is worthy of a 5 star rating alone, but then you consider that the other 4 acts in this movie is damn near equally as brilliant, then you start to realize this is a damn masterpiece.

Some of the most suspenseful sequences I have ever seen, all of them carried by its phenomenal dialogue. The constant build-up to the big final climax with each event is so brilliantly written and directed by Tarantino. And the performances across…

This is essentially a tutorial on how to blow up a 320 million dollar movie budget.

Legit one of the most uninspiring things I have seen in a long fucking time. A mix up between a lot of other movies based on its looks and overall direction, just a concoction of mediocrity. I haven’t read the book this is based on, but I just can’t believe that it’s nearly as lifeless and dull as this adaptation is.

    Went into this…
