The Prestige 2006
Once again Nolan uses inconsistent timelines. Flashbacks and Flash-forwards all over the place.
Acting and casting is superb. With a few of Nolan’s trusted group: Bale and Pennyworth impeccable as usual. With Johansson and Hugh jackman not disappointing .
Interesting story, great cinematography and scenarios, as well as costumes. The victorian vibe is on point.Not too sure on the Tesla’s role here but enjoyed the audacity of not making him anything close to a main character.
Long, but always intriguing and entertaining.
As usual with Nolan, not a waste of your time.
