I loved ~75% of this show. Dani and the kids executed their characters impeccably. I was genuinely scared of Miles and Flora for half the show, and scared for them the other half. Ok, a warning: this is going to be my hot (!) take on The Queen's Gambit. I'll start out with the positives, though, to make it easier. This show has been in the "Top Watched" and highly-rated Netflix sections for at least a few weeks now. It has received stellar reviews.
