Mainetti si riconferma per me uno dei registi italiani più forti degli ultimi anni. Anche con questo film è come se mi avesse lanciata in una lavatrice, da cui esco sì stropicciata, ma con qualcosa di nuovo addosso.

how to describe this movie?
i had the privilege to see it in a beautiful theatre, but still i haven’t really appreciated it.
what I appreciated was surely the acting. Ana de Armas is simply incredible, the way she portrays emotions so vivid. She is so charismatic and polyhedral. Julianne Nicholson was stunning in her difficult role too. Same for Adrien Brody (which is one of my fav actors).
