I haven’t watched musicals in a while, but this whole thing felt so off. Some songs were unnecessary and other moments could’ve benefited from music. All the pieces felt short and many scenes had sensual choreographies that made the message less impactful. Some plot points were algo left open, like having her go to 2 doctors but not explaining why the first one wasn’t chosen, or not explored well enough, like Rita and Emilia’s friendship. Most of the songs were just bad
