Cute! I loved the animated when I was little so my inner child was giggling and kicking her feet the whole time, Halle was amazing, and the CGI flounder lowkey scared me!
Also I ended the movie literally in love with Jonah Hauer-King

Idek what to say there’s some kind of good idea under all of the horrible pacing, random needle drops, and cliches.
I needed more exposition did not even feel remotely connected to anyone in this film which made most of it pointless.
Also I could NOT keep it together during any scene with Mr. Peanut in it which was unfortunately a lot of them!
