absolutely terrifying and had me tense the whole way through. however i can see how this film can not appeal to some viewers but for me it felt very real and hit on feelings from my childhood.

The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo is a fantastic film that captivated me from start to finish, from confronting scenes that i had to step back and take a break to a nail biting finale that had me fearing for the protagonists lives.
what starts as a man hired to solve a 40 year old missing persons case and a young woman who is following up on the man after taking an interest in his public downfall from a libel case.
