  Pretty good film, but the “plot twist” is literally quite obvious in the first scene where are all the relevant characters are present. The rest of the movie kind of became soured by knowing what was happening, but the villains motivations, the filmmaking, the acting and certain scenes still made it interesting.

  
  Additionally, the movie is quite blatantly misogynistic and uses every woman shown as a prop as opposed to purposed character.

  This movie became completely unbearable after the halfway mark. The whole point of cool criminal escape films is they are supposed to be satisfying and well thought out. 

  
  Shyalaman just gives cooper the ability to teleport and change clothes within seconds and calls it a day. Not a single scene after the halfway mark carries any semblance of realism or intellect. You can tell this whole film is a criminal badass boner film and an attempt to give his daughter…
