The combination of the director, Robert Pattinson, and the concept made me quite excited after seeing the trailer. Watching the wacky adventures of a memory whiped sex slave was a lot more fun than I imagined. While I am still slightly confused and disgusted at essentialy my first japanese body horror experience, I also think there are alot of interesting aspects that will stay with me. The chaotic camera shots while running are honestly amazing, pinocchios design is iconic, and the underlying themes are worth exploring.
