    Joker: Folie à Deux

    A more interesting watch than its predecessor. Possibly (and very likely) due to Gaga as Lee. I’m surprised that so many people are turned off by this one. I am probably more drawn to Joker: Folie à Deux because it is a more individual story than Joker (2019), which felt more broad-scale-political by nature. 

    Sincere connection trumps artificial belongingness every time. The fantasy is beautiful but it can lie to us, too. 

    Suffers mildly from runtime, but overall an enjoyable watch.
