  I loved this film. I loved how the characters were written and I love lady bird. One particular character I can mention who was written pretty well is her first boyfriend. Of course what he did in that bathroom was wrong, because he and lady bird were still together, but it’s really sad to think about the fact that he just dated a girl, because it was so hard for him to be honest with himself.   This movie reminds me of the saying "when you lose someone you won't be able to find them again, even in the same person". At some point people will change and our relationship with one will change. Tying ourselves to people that are slowly fading away.
