  Still sick but god had diff plans for me last night and made one last ticket somehow become available for the sold out 15 year anniversary so YA I saw this yest night for the first time with Denis in the room… then there was a discussion with Denis … then I met Denis and now I’m never gunna shut up about it :-) 
  + the movie was FUCKEN CRAZY

  Beautiful performances by beautiful actors
  the way it was shot made me think of sopranos for some reason (at least the turkey shot and everything after that thanksgiving scene)
  Also, Wyoming is fkn stunning 
  Loved all the landscape and sheep scenes 
  only thing I wasn’t a fan of was the music .. reminded me of the oc era of tv

  I rly wanted to like this but :(
  Julie Andrews was still angelic 
  her voice was the only thing I enjoyed 
  (Me whenever julie wasn’t singing: Julie pls come and save this scene plsss lol) 
  still a buzz that it was made 60 years ago 
  the painted sets at the beg were gorgeous 
  the half real half animation thing was also cool and experimental but it just didn’t hit for me :( 
  Shoutout to the lighting of the last scene…
