  Maybe the slow, quiet storytelling was meant to show how evil lives among us while we go about our lives, mostly aware but largely indifferent. Or maybe Scorsese never really connected with the material. For me, it felt more like the latter. The story was fascinating, but it lacked rhythm and atmosphere and drags indulgently. The last scenes were magical, but where was that sense of play and inventiveness in the rest of the movie?

  Muy linda la dirección de arte y fotografía aunque a veces se sentía un poco forzada muy a la Wes Anderson. El guión no está a la altura de lo visual. Muchas tramas se quedaron sin cerrar y algunos personajes demás. No entendía muy bien que queria contar. Igual aguanto estas producciones nacionales que proponen una mirada distinta.
