A Real Pain 2024
I think anyone who struggles with anxiety/paying too close attention to how other people interact instead of living in the moment and getting out of your own head can easily relate with Jesse. I think anyone who struggles with depression and who tries to bring joy to “events” and “occasions” but always returns home to “nothing” can easily relate to Kieran. The fact that one in five of us (a number not counting those undiagnosed) struggle with both really goes to show how much this film was needed right now. 💜

Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania 2023
The critics got it wrong on this one. A few dumb story beats and silly logic, but then again this is a marvel movie and even the best of these films have those moments. A lot of fun, a lot of laughs, and Jonathan Majors 😍
