vanya is like the amalgamation of every red flag man ever. the dialogue was FUNNY and very well written extremely natural
my issues w this movie are just how unclear anora’s thoughts and feelings were to the audience. like i wanted more depth to her character, beyond just sassing everyone out. also the ‘nice guy’ trope w igor just felt too idk uncreative. maybe i had very high expectations fm this movie
the fact that i rewatched this means it is now a designated comfort movie
also is it too much to ask for a man to voluntarily want to be stuck in a time loop for me tf
this was confusing during but perhaps less confusing after
the shots were all veryyyy gorg and i liked the noir neon city nighttime sweaty busy urban situation going on
if i had to describe this movie in a couple words it would be: pineapples, trespassing, very fake wig, goldfish
harry and ginny have less chemistry than 2 cardboard boxes do
