they make me feel like NY is the most tiniest city in the world, why they keep meeting same people over and over again at the random places😭
We recently discussed with Aruzhan that there is a huge gap in movies that shows university life in the same manner as coming of age movies do. Forget it. NY in Sex and the city is like university, bubble of friends and places you go, you meet every single people you know literally everywhere. And everybody talk about the same things as we, students, do.

insane amount of voiceover, Bong Joon-ho could've done better job with visual storytelling rather that just telling. a lot of questions like why Kai even in this movie, what is motivation for Mickey 18 to do what he did in the end. but i like the third act and final dream of Mickey 17.

Boyhood 2014
Boyhood and Lady Bird are the best portrayals of human experience up to college. While watching, you have to recall essentially all your life alongside with the movie and everything was hitting me. Even when something wasn't relevant to me at all, I just felt for him.
