  Every once in a while, I see a movie that feels like good literature. This is one of those movies. Simple but profound. Lots of symbols; parallels and contrasts. Quite emotional. A food movie. A movie about love and loss. Kind of a mystery, too. Never know what’s going to happen either. Great acting. Superb film!

  Had all of the thrills and goofiness that kids enjoy, but very deep philosophically. Not an anti-God or anti-worship theme, but more about questioning tradition and being open—almost more of a seeker mentality, since discovering the truth was mentioned so frequently. Definitely touches on political and religious areas, like overregulation and legalism, respectively.
