If I hadn’t seen the director speak / read reviews I wouldn’t have changed my rating from a 5 to a 4.5. Insecure/pretentious film maker trying to prove himself and it shows 😭😬

Also write more interesting characters for women besides a witty horny wife and a mute niece 🤦🏻‍♀️
I did love it in the moment tho and the score and filming was beautiful 🤷🏻‍♀️

Nauseatingly depressing. Recommend to anyone who wants to stare at the wall utterly traumatized for the rest of the day. 
But for real, an insanely well made movie, Sound editing was chilling, and I thought the night vision sequence was really cool.

The acting and signing was amazing. I was prepared to hate Ariana but she was incredibly captivating and so talented. My only thing was that ariana looked so skinny and all bones 😭 which was sad
