I liked the slow-burning Onibaba AKA Devil Woman quite a bit. The film's plot is simple but the b&w cinematography is fantastic, the setting is eerie, and the acting performances are quite memorable. The ending is strong as well.

The Abominable Dr. Phibes 1971
This review may contain spoilers. I can handle the truth.
This film is one wild ride! Oxen Split Torturing 1976
This movie presents two short stories that are both relentlessly brutal and perverted. The gore effects in Shogun's Sadism look really convincing and everything is surprisingly well-filmed. This is a torture and rape fest par excellence! The movie is full of deranged characters, sick humor, sexual violence and inventive torture methods. If you're into that kind of stuff, you'll have a blast watching this.
