I rly can’t imagine them pitching this film idea to the producers but somehow it works and it works quite well tbh

Feel like this is actually underrated tbh, the last half an hour or so is absolute cinema. From the glimpse above the clouds at the real sun to the surreal lookin droid city to the 10min long final battle for the ages it’s so cool. And then the icing on the cake is finishing the film with badass granny clowning on corporate bro Santa cus he lost before the illegal Indian child turns the sky gay
This review may contain spoilers. I can handle the truth.
Not as good as the first but still dope and the introduction of programmes is rly smart.
Still don’t fully understand the concept of Smith yet and the whole allowing the free humans to rebuild only to wipe them out time and time again seems a bit trivial too 🤷🏼♂️
Given when it came out the visuals r a madness I’d put it on Star Wars level
The setting for this film is 10/10 stunning and as a whole films great. But for a film under 2hrs it felt much longer, not in a bad way tho just a lot of what felt like build up.
Actually not as bad as I thought it’d b, just enough gore and just enough tackiness. Was a little unfunny tho, couple missed punchlines and I feel they acc could’ve overdone some of it a bit more cus realism was thrown out the window when, get this… the bear snorted coke
Literally never watched any predator films but once I saw the animation style I knew I had to watch it and even with minor prior knowledge it’s hella enjoyable to watch and love the aesthetic.
Genuinely peak comedy why did they not make more Lego movies taking the absolute piss it’s genuinely so good
Probs best ending out of the final destinations, RIP Tony Todd tho
