  finally, a movie in celebration of contrarianism!

  it's fine. the movie harbors some genuinely incredible sequences and mangold's directing is mostly great. though a lot of it still feels like too much of a generic biopic for me, and the romanticization of both it's time period and bob dylan as a figure overall just isn't for me.
