Osgood Perkins, what happened here?
Man... I was really excited about this movie. After Longlegs, I was anticipating whatever Perkins would be doing next. The idea of going from a dark, twisted mystery horror-thriller picture to one that was a full-on horror comedy was exciting. It felt like a total inverse of his last movie, so I was excited to see a different side of his filmmaking personality. Unfortunately, there's not a lot to love here.
