About as sweet and gentle as a movie can be these days.
Despite familiar characters and a predictable story, this film contains enough laughs and heartfelt moments to make it rewatchable.

One of my favourite takes on the multiverse concept; I was actually able to suspend my disbelief in the concept of a multiverse. This is a science fiction story done right: it lays a foundation with a simple principle and the story flows naturally from that without deviation. No "oh, by the way" moments; the film follows its own rules.
Nice blend of action, comedy and absurdity that reminded me of Kung Fu Hustle. Organic, believable growth in main characters'…
Insulting to all ages.
If I didn't know that it takes months to make a movie like this I'd think that they had animated the film as they went along. The world of Luck contradicts itself at every turn, from its essential philosophy to the mechanics of the world itself.
This film actually reinforced my belief in a God who ordains everything.
Also: Occasional funny slapstick in first 15 minutes cannot redeem slapdash writing. Repeating a crappy joke does not make it more funny.
