Hayao Miyazaki and the Heron 2024
This is the gayest shit I've ever seen.
It is said in this documentary that Miyazaki has problems differentiating between his films (or dreams) and real life, and it's emphasized in some of the quick cuts of the editing. So fitting, because of it, that the only way Miyazaki seems to be able to let his best friend go is by making this movie and "bury" him.

Rebel Moon – Part Two: The Scargiver 2024
Again, conflicted because I still think I would've preferred to see this in a Star Wars setting like the director intended, but at the same time it would've been another case of a studio messing with his vision, so I'm glad Snyder was allowed to do his own "original" thing from scratch, even though the resulting movie wasn't very good.
