The Substance 2024
Chock full of style and very entertaining if a bit tasteless. Felt like it was grasping at something more meaningful but descended into silliness at the end.
Loved the cinematography and sound, close up shots with narrow fields of views right up in their faces with all their bodily sounds that was just wonderfully gross.

A pretty unique film, with some amazing cinematography, and an interesting narrative, but could do with some tighter editing. A lot of shots do go on for longer than they need to.
Absolutely worth a watch, but it wasn't as gripping as other Gaspar Noe films I've watched. Will definitely watch it again at a cinema if I get a chance.
