    Beautifully crafted coming-of-age drama with a free flowing plot reminiscent of Korine's "Gummo", but with feelings. Checks all my boxes: teen angst YUP, bloated dialogues NOPE, desolate midwestern landscapes YUP, overly dramatic plotlines NOPE, E40 on the soundtrack YUP. Absolutely loved it. This is how you question the "American Dream". (Take note, "The Brutalist".)
