i thought I was going to die watching the end park scene holy shit that almost killed me. almost made me feel bad for friend zoning 99% of the men I met when I was young. Sadder than 9/11? I’d say yes.

I love this movie, so accurate but in a comedic yet still sad way. Brittany Murphy is brilliant, Jason Schwartzman is adorable. The way they directed it is really brilliant, it’s only over a three day span. But it feels like it’s been months, they never sleep never rest and it’s almost shocking when you figure out how short of time has actually gone by. You watch them getting higher and higher and crazier and crazier and it’s like you’re there with them. Love it

This was my moms favorite movie as a kid, and it became my favorite, I owned it on VHS. It’s terrifying, beautiful, and so sad for a childrens movie. It has such adult themes that kind of go over your head when your a kid, but I remember really thinking about this movie in a mature way even as a kid. Will definitely show to my kids!

There is no movie that tells a better tale of the American Dream than this. His slow but steady fall towards insanity is amazing and feels so real. Tony Montana is one of the best examples of the real American greed for money and power that I have ever seen in a movie. I am always in awe after watching this movie. And he’s cute! 10/10!
