  crying inside, at home, would not have done this justice 
  walked for very long time

  This script was so unhinged. But it was really fantastic. How Gracie tries to establish her ‘powerlessness’ - not innocence, but her perceived position as someone with no power - is downright terrifying.

  I absolutely lost it when she shows Elizabeth the ‘peace is…’ card that Joe made for his SCHOOL ASSIGNMENT years ago. Also lost it at the baby-holding, shackled feet picture being folded in half. 

  And the scene between Charles and Joe sitting on the roof tore me…

  When I left for school, my mom threw half of our entire movie collection into a garbage bag for me to take so that I could “watch movies and not get into trouble.” Little did she know that this film would amp me up and make me wanna get into a full of brawl at a karaoke bar. I never did - but I could have!
