Watership Down 1978
I remember watching this when I was a kid and I STILL think about it to this day. This movie is so disturbing and bleak. Talk about hopeless cinema😭 and then the fact I watched this when I was a child? I will never rewatch this movie. The vague memories and emotional associations I have with it, is more than enough psychological distress for me. Do not recommend this!

Anxiety not being painted as a villain, but as a well-meaning being who doesn’t realize sometimes they do more harm than good, was so beautiful. When your brain is giving you anxiety about something, it thinks it’s protecting you by doing this, and that it’s helping you- but it’s not. Instead it’s causing you stress and fear and doubt.
