Barbie 2023
This movie was surprisingly sad. I can’t tell you what I was expecting before going into this movie but it was not that. I thought it did a really good job of tackling topics that some might see as “taboo”. I liked that the film really just laid out how women experience life. I think it did a good job of making viewers uncomfortable with how uncomfortable women are living everyday lives. At least I think that was the goal.…

I didn’t really love this film. I thought it was a little lengthy. Typically I don’t mind king movies but that’s only when it is able to keep me captivated and this film did not do that FOR ME. The only reason why I didn’t fall asleep was because the movie is filled with extremely loud dialogue and sound effects. Not my fav. Deffo wouldn’t watch again.

okay I had been following this movie for sometime before it was released and I was really excited to see this film. Mind you, I am very into horror so I am critical of horror films.
