  Phantom Thread, or should I say, McQueen tribute? It is hard not to see the parallels and metaphors to Lee McQueen in this film and I wanted that to either be fleshed out more or dropped completely. DDL killed it.   Marriage Story 2019

  Slow. Holy shit was it slow. And strangely technical? I wanted a failing marriage through good communication their family could still prosper although the parents were separated. Not at all. In fact, I didn’t even finish the movie. When I first checked to see how much was longer it said an hour and a half! Scarjo and star wars boy were decent but so unlikeable in separate ways. Watch if you feel so compelled but not a wavyocean recommended.
