Mickey Barnes is my favorite boy failure. But I, too, would completely fold for Nasha. Overall, a good movie with an interesting premise, relevant messages (I mean he literally tried to shoot Marshall and barely nicked him, hmmmm), and great humor. Like I was chuckling the whole film. But it just wasn't quite there. It felt like the plot needed some tightening or the themes some strengthening, I'm not sure.
Anyways, I'm fully convinced that SOMEONE on the writing, directorial, or art team LOVES Nausicaä of the valley of the wind. Like come on, creepers are just ohm in a different font.

However, I am not forgiving it for getting my hopes up for Shrek 5 😭😭 That tease convinced me it would be in the same awesome animation style, or at least something interesting. But nooooo, all we're getting is sterile, AI-generated looking slop.

This is one of those films that I've seen a million clips from on YouTube shorts, and I'm really glad I finally watched it. From what I know about autism, this film seemed to be both respectful and accurate. I found that the shots showing Temple's perspective were both creative and realistic. The depictions of literal interpretations were also very funny. I also really appreciated the portrayal of solidarity between members of two different minority groups.
