  Perfect. 

  Perfect in every way possible. Every second, every frame, every note, every costume, every location, every set, every color, everything. Easiest five stars I’ve ever given.

  Unbelievable. Genuinely unbelievable. 

  This film engaged more emotions than I knew I had. I know I’ve been saying this a lot lately, but I don’t think I have ever been this shook watching a film. 

  Many films have emotional moments: some fail while others succeed in making these moments effective. However, even in the ones that do succeed, I feel a sense of detachment to these feelings, as I can simply think “it’s just a movie.” A select few films…

  Finding Nemo 2003

  Watching Finding Nemo on an island in the middle of the Great Barrier Reef after snorkeling all day and seeing actual clownfish? Life doesn’t get much better than this. 

  It’s a perfect movie, we all know it. One of Pixar’s best, and one of the best animated films ever made. 

  Geoffrey Rush as Nigel and Eric Bana as Anchor are the two hidden gem performances here. Willem Dafoe is legendary as always. 

  I can’t wait to show this to my future kids one day.

  Yeah I watched this last week, I don’t care. 

  Banger of a study abroad movie night pick, especially right as we’re about to go to a tropical island. No surfing though sadly. 

  I love surfing. Only three weeks and I’ll be able to surf, Perth here I come.
